Product Support
In day-to-day contact with complex geographic information systems, technical issues and challenges may arise frequently. The remote clarification of such issues via telephone or e-mail is possible. Here we offer you the opportunity to make use of our experience in an ideal manner in order to induce solutions to your technical problems.
For this reason we offer our customers maintenance contracts for GISCON products and projects. These usually have a maturity of one year and include remote maintenance support and the provision of free software updates.
Technical Support
In addition, we offer GISCON Technical Support Contract, for which we provide our GIS Consultants and Specialists to the client on-site on short mission basis. They will be working with the client’s staff on their GIS projects in an on-the-job training fashion towards the realization of efficient solutions to their GIS problems. This way, your staff will not only build, maintain and update the systems themselves, but they will also learn from our experts.
